Refund policy

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, we’d love to hear from you and make it right! Please get in touch with us at marketing@nesl.edu.

At this time, we can only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. To request a refund, please email us at marketing@nesl.edu within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of your order so that we can help you.

Exchanges for different sizes or colors aren’t possible, so we always recommend that you look at our sizing chart before making any orders.
